A brief summary of the booking conditions are listed below;

Deposits
All bookings must be made on the form provided and must be accompanied by a £125 deposit and insurance premium per person. If you book within eight weeks of departure you must forward the full cost of the holiday, with the form.

Amendment fees
If you change your booking, e.g. different date, resort, chalet/hotel, airport or ferry reservation, provided there is availability, we will do our best to help. We will need confirmation of any change in writing by fax or mail. There is an administrative charge of £50 per booking per change plus any extra payment which may be incurred due to a difference in the holiday cost and/or any charges levied by our suppliers. The only exception to the above is a change of name, where there will be an administration charge of £30 plus an insurance premium for the new passenger, if applicable. If the departure date is within 14 days there is an administrative charge of £50 per booking per change plus any extra payment which may be incurred due to a difference in the holiday cost and/or any charges levied by our suppliers.

Group discounts
If applicable are always calculated on the initial numbers booked and confirmed. Any additional passengers added at a later date do not qualify for group discount calculations.

Credit card and overseas debit cards
When paying for your holiday by credit card or overseas debit card there is a charge of 2%, American Express is not accepted.

Deals or offers
Deals or offers relating to ski passes/ski equipment such as '2-for-1' must be added at the time of booking.

Ski/board carriage
There is a charge of £25 when ski/board carriage is pre-booked.

Cancellation terms
If a cancellation is made more than 8 weeks before intended departure, only the deposit is forfeited. Otherwise, the scale of charges given below applies:

Between 29 - 56 days - 40%
Between 15 - 28 days - 65%
Less than 15 days - 100%

N.B. Your insurance premium is non-refundable

As well as the above charges, rooms under occupancy or loss of group discounts may apply to the remaining group members if the cancellation changes the groups qualifications.

NOTE. Depending on the reason for your cancellation the charges may be claimable under the terms of your holiday insurance.

Your holiday includes (unless otherwise stated or requested): Catered accomodation, breakfast, afternoon tea and four course evening meal with wine (evening meal 6 nights only). Flights and transfers. The confirmation invoice will show the price of your holiday and this will include all currency surcharges, local taxes, VAT, UK and overseas service charges, all known current airport taxes including the government Air Travel Duty.

Your holiday does NOT include: Snacks, meal or drinks en route, any transport to or from your UK departure point, ski pass, ski and boot hire or ski packs, ski lessons, any picnic lunches, video or other apres ski activities applicable, winter holiday insurance, room supplements, any charges levied for e-tickets collected at the airport.

The holiday operator holds an Air Travel Operator's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The ATOL number is 2508. In the unlikely event of the operator's insolvency, the CAA and ABTA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid in advance of your holiday.  This operator is also a member of ABTA, membership number V2289, and therefore obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA's Code of Conduct. Also a member of The Assiciation of Independent Tour Operators.
