Booking Information for Chalet Le Kitz

A brief summary of the booking conditions are listed below;
A non-refundable deposit of £175 per person (Europe) or £225 (USA & Canada) will be required to book this chalet. If booking within 11 weeks of departure the full balance will be due at the time of booking.
Late Booking Fee
For bookings within 15 days of travel, a late ticketing charge is compulsory at an extra charge of £15 per person, or more if express delivery is required.
Amendment fees will apply if you make an allowed change more than 70 days before departure, the fee will be £35 per change per person. If you make the allowed change within 70 days of departure, the amendment fee will be £50 per change per person.
If applicable are always calculated on the initial numbers booked and confirmed. Any additional passengers added at a later date do not qualify for group discount calculations.
Credit card and overseas debit cards
When paying for your holiday by Credit card or overseas debit card there is a charge of 2%, American Express is not accepted.
Deals or offers
Deals or offers relating to ski passes/ski equipment such as '2-for-1' must be added at the time of booking.
There is a charge of £35 when ski/board carriage is pre-booked.
Up to 10 weeks before departure you will only incur a loss of deposit.
56-69 days - 30% of your total holiday cost or loss of deposit (whichever is greater)
36-55 days - 50% of your total holiday cost.
22-35 days - 70% of your total holiday cost.
11-21 days - 90% of your total holiday cost.
0-10 days - 100% of your total holiday cost.
Your holiday includes (unless otherwise stated or requested): Return air flights and transfers to and from your resort, flight baggage allowance usually 20kg, accommodation and meals as per your booking, help and advice from your holidy representative, all local taxes, VAT, UK and overseas service charges, bed linen, all current airport taxes including Air Passenger Duty. Bath towels, with a midweek change in most chalet properties.
Your holiday does NOT include: Meal and accommodation en route (except where specified), in flight catering on most short haul flights, airport flight supplements where applicable, ski travel insurance, carriage of skis or snowboards on charter flights, porterage of luggage at any stage, breakdown insurance, CDW or local taxes on car hire, any services provided locally that are advertised as available at the booked resort or accommodation but not described as Free of Charge, e.g. childcare/ski school or hotel facilities. Any local gratuities, credit card handling charges. Lift passes or ski hire. Any toiletries of any kind.
The holiday operator holds an Air Travel Operator's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The ATOL number is 2524. In the unlikely event of the operator's insolvency, the CAA and ABTA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid in advance of your holiday. This operator is also a member of ABTA, membership number V0476, and therefore obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA's Code of Conduct. Also members of FTO and IATA.
