Half Stars are used for a chalet with something extra within its grade.  This may be the luxury of a private sauna or hot-tub for example, a particularly convenient location, sensational views or just that indefinable 'je ne sais quoi' which has made the chalet a favourite.

Chalet Description

The former Hotel Etendard has been converted in to 2 delightful chalets. 

The location is perfect with close proximity to the slopes and also the ice rink and indoor swimming pools (included with the lift pass) as well as local shops and bars.

The entrance to Chalet Philippe is on the ground floor. There is an internal staircase connecting the two chalets (which is normally locked) and this can be opened for groups taking both chalets Christian and Philippe and arrangements can be made to eat together in Philippe's spacious dining room.

Chalet Philippe has a sauna, hot-tub and a separate ski room with heated boot warmers.

Ground Floor
Main entrance to chalet, ski-room with heated boot warmers, wellness centre with sauna, hot-tub and shower with separate wc, dining-room and walkway to lounge with fireplace and satellite TV (with some UK channels).

First Floor

Room 4  Twin plus bunk beds with shower/wc and balcony

Other Information

Please be aware that this chalet will not accept children under 13 outside the school holidays (22nd & 29th Dec, 9th & 16th Feb, 30th Mar & 6th Apr) unless you take sole occupancy.

 

Children under 13 are not permitted to join the adult dinner and will be expected to eat High Tea at 5.30pm. If you book this chalet for sole use then you may choose to have children eat the main meal, we will need to be notified in writing by the party leader and in such cases a supplement of £39 per child per week will be applied to meet the increased catering costs
