WEsayA quiet base from which to explore everything that the Three Valleys has to offer. A fast gondola provides a direct link to Meribel and Les Menuires.
St Martin de Belleville is a pretty Savoyard village in one of the largest ski areas in the world. It is situated before Les Menuires on the road up from Moutiers and has a more relaxed atmosphere than any of the better known, purpose-built resorts in the Trois Vallees. Nestling at 1400m, the village has a high-speed gondola and fast chair that make access to the whole of this vast ski area much quicker than in the past.
The exceptional choice of skiing on offer here will suit all types of skier. Intermediates are spoilt for choice with the large number of reds and blues. Advanced skiers will enjoy the extensive amount of ski touring and off piste that is available. The resort also benefits from being one of the furthermost points from the Courchevel and as such is pleasantly quiet on piste making it suitable for beginners.
In fresh powder conditions the runs from the ridge back to St-Martin are some of the best in the region – acres of undulating pastures followed by tree-skiing.
There is a nice range of restaurants in the area, including the Michelin starred La Bouitte in neighbouring St-Marcel. St-Martin’s nightlife is quiet but there are a couple of bars with good atmospheres.

Several restaurants have joined together to run free mini-buses from the end of off-piste itineraries back to the restaurants for lunch. A tailored piste map for beginners is available, including tailored itineraries.
