Booking Information for Hotel Edelweiss

Your Holiday Price Includes:

Air Holidays
Return air flights and transfers (coach, train, taxi or rentak free car hire) to and from your resort
Flight baggage allowance usually 20kg but 15kg on selected routes
Accommodation and meals as per your booking
Help and advice from your resort rep or agent
All local taxes, VAT, UK and overseas service charges, and bed linen
All current airport taxes including  the Air Travel Duty.

Your Holiday Price Does NOT Include:

Meal and accommodation en route (except where specified)
In flight catering on some short haul flights/low cost airlines
Airport flight supplement where applicable
Travel Insurance (which you must have)
Porterage of luggage at any stage
Breakdown insurance for self drive holidays
CDW or local taxes on car hire
Any services provided locally that are advertised as being 'available' at the booked resort or accommodation, but not described as free of charge e.g. hotel facilities
Any local gratuities, taxes charged by suppliers
Credit card handling fees

Whether you book alone or as a group, we will only deal with the lead booking name in all subsequent correspondence, including changes, amendments and cancellations.

You must be 18 years old and possess the legal capacity and authority to book as the lead name.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal details or any other information supplied in respect of yourself and any other person travelling on the booking and for passing on any information regarding the booking or any changes made in relation thereto, to all persons travelling on such booking, including but not limited to information on schedule changes or copies of booking confirmations.

It is a condition of your booking with us that you and all other members of your party, including infants and children, are adequately insured on holiday. Any person who is under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult on his or her journey.

Your booking is subject to the full terms and conditions of the holiday operator, a copy of which can be requested at any time but will be sent to you along with your holiday booking confirmation.

The holiday operator holds an Air Travel Operator's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The ATOL number is 2524. In the unlikely event of the operator's insolvency, the CAA and ABTA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid in advance of your holiday.  This operator is also a member of ABTA, membership number V0476, and therefore obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA's Code of Conduct. Also members of FTO and IATA.
