"We booked a holiday through Chaletline to go to St Anton in Austria on 30th January. Although a late booking, the whole process was I think the best experience of booking a holiday I have ever had! Each member of staff I spoke to were very helpful.

The holiday itself was wonderful. The chalet, Julie’s Haus, was very good. All the staff were excellent. They were helpful, very efficient and very welcoming and friendly throughout the holiday. The food and service were very good.
