While it’s true that for much of the Alps, the start of the season is proving a challenge, with opening dates delayed in resorts such as Courchevel and Meribel, over in Austria it’s looking much more promising.
These photos are all from earlier this week and show some great fresh snow from a number of different resorts.

Having said all of that, it has snowed this week in France and all the big resorts are opening up, so it’s looking much more positive.
