Bikini ski world record set in Russia

It’s not every day you see 2000 people on the slopes in their swimwear, but that’s exactly what happened in Russia last month.

The Chaletline team didn’t quite believe what we were seeing at first in this video from Sheregesh in Russia:

The organisers of the event have filed to the Guinness Book of World Records to have their attempt ratified.

The event organiser, Konstantin Koshkin, told The Siberian Times: ‘We use more than fifty cameras to record the ride, and the video will be sent to the UK for the Guinness World Records people to count the number of participants for themselves.’

It’s tough work, but someone’s got to do it!
