What’s new in La Plagne for winter 2020/21?

There’s a lot to look forward to in La Plagne in the Paradiski ski area for this season…

Plagne Aime 2000 is celebrating its 50th anniversary

Aime 2000, is renowned for its incredible ‘Love Boat’ architecture that has been sailing since 1970.

Designed by Michel Bezançon, and reminiscent of a cruise ship, the three pyramids stretch 200m across and 50m high.

The interiors were styled by Pierre Gariche, who used compact designs and porthole-style windows. On 21 December 2020, the resort and this unique building will celebrate 50 years.

Facelift for the Funiplagne station in Plagne Centre

The Funiplagne station in Plagne Centre is having a facelift. This will mean increased comfort for skiers and snowboarders, with a better lift-queue system and brand-new toilets.

The lifts takes skiers from Plagne Centre (1970m) to the Grande Rochette at 2508m.
