A brief summary of the booking conditions are listed below;

Deposits
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.  If booking within 12 weeks of departure the full balance will be due at the time of booking.

Amendment fees
If you wish to change any details of your booking you must inform us as soon as possible and confirm the details in writing.  If we are able to accept the change we will not charge an amendment fee however any changes made in relation to air, train, ferry, car hire or transfer tickets made by Powder White on your behalf, will charge an amendment fee as charged to us by the supplier with an additional £30 administration fee payable to Powder White.  Any changes made within 12 weeks of departure may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply as detailed in these Booking Conditions.  If the change is to increase the number of persons booked, no amendment fee or cancellation charges will apply.

Group discounts
If applicable are always calculated on the initial numbers booked and confirmed. Any additional passengers added at a later date do not qualify for group discount calculations.

Credit card and overseas debit cards
When paying for your holiday by credit card or overseas debit card there is a charge of 2%, American Express is not accepted.

Deals or offers
Deals or offers relating to ski passes/ski equipment such as '2-for-1' must be added at the time of booking.

Cancellation terms
Cancellations must be notified to us in writing by the Party Leader and will only be effective when we receive the written notice of cancellation at our offices.  In all cases of cancellation by the Client, the deposit, any amendment charges and any travel costs which have been incurred by Powder White through booking flight, ferry or train tickets, car hire, transfer seats or ski packs on your behalf will be forfeited. The following cancellation fees expressed as a percentage of the total accommodation and catered/self-catered holiday costs payable by the person(s) cancelling (excluding amendment charges, travel charges and ski pack charges as detailed above) will become immediately payable to Powder White.  Please note that if a member of your party wishes to cancel, this may mean that the chalet booked is under occupied and could result in other members of your party having to pay any applicable supplements to retain the booking. In the event of full or part cancellation, a cancellation invoice can be produced on request for insurance recovering purposes only however this will only detail the amount of money forfeited by the party or individual, no more.

If no written notice of cancellation is received and you do not travel, cancellation is deemed to have been received on the day of departure. Powder White reserves the right to re-sell any part of a cancelled holiday and this does not affect our right to levy cancellation fees.

Your holiday includes (unless otherwise stated or requested):Catered accomodation, breakfast, afternoon tea and four course evening meal with wine (evening meal 6 nights only).  The confirmation invoice will show the price of your holiday and this will include all currency surcharges, local taxes, VAT, UK and overseas service charges, all known current airport taxes including the government Air Travel Duty.

Your holiday does NOT include (unless otherwise stated or requested): Flights or transfers. Snacks, meal or drinks en route, any transport to or from your UKdeparture point, ski pass, ski and boot hire or ski packs, ski lessons, any picnic lunches, video or other apres ski activities applicable or winter holiday insurance.

The holiday operator holds an Air Travel Operator's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The ATOL number is 6860. For holidays sold including flights, in the unlikely event of the operator's insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid in advance of your holiday.
