WEsayA pleasant family resort, a good option for budget ski holidays in an amazing area. This is an attractive resort with limited but friendly nightlife
La Tania Ski
Located in a pine forest in the Courchevel area of the Three Valleys region, this resort was originally developed for the 1992 Winter Olympics and boasts three pistes that make their way through the forest of pine trees down to the centre of the village. These runs can be reached by taking the 12-person gondola all the way to the top and are suitable for groups of mixed abilities as they are graded as blue, green and red. A couple of excellent schools that are situated in the area ensure that less experienced skiers can find first-class instruction with ease.
Fabulous La Tania Ski Chalets
We have a fabulous collection of ski chalets in La Tania with options to suit a range of tastes and budgets. We have traditional alpine chalets with rustic charm, luxury accommodation with stylish furnishings, chalets sleeping 4 - 20+ people and properties in prime locations across the resort. Whether you are looking for accommodation for you and your friends, a couple's getaway or a family ski holiday we will have a ski chalet in La Tania for you.
The proximity of Meribel and Courchevel offer visitors a wide choice of runs and these resort areas can be reached by way of the aforementioned gondola and a high-speed chair, then taking to the slopes to reach your desired destination. For family holidays with good skiing and a peaceful atmosphere a La Tania chalet is ideal. Although the village is on the quiet side it does have several decent restaurants and bars that can be found in the traffic free centre, so there is no need for visitors to worry about having nowhere to go after returning from the slopes.
There are many different resorts from which to choose for those that fancy a winter sports break in France but for people who prefer a more relaxed environment and the chance to tackle virgin powder before anybody else, La Tania is a good choice. Whilst it is less well known than the illustrious centres mentioned above, there is plenty of information on the village to be found for those who wish to learn more. Many people have discovered the delights of a stay at this resort after reading about the available deals in an online La Tania review.
